Refund and Return Policies:
- Return accepted within 30 days, buyer responsible for shipping charges and a 25% restocking charge.
- E-mail info@pumpandmotors.com for your return merchandise authorization number and return address.
- All returned products must be unused, with all original documentation and packing materials.
- Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer unless the error was ours or the merchandise was damaged in transit.
- Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products the allowed outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your return refund.
At Pump & Motors we strongly recommend that all installation, repairs, and part replacements be undertaken by a certified and licensed technician, contractor, local pump and motor repair shop and not by the owner. Neither the equipment manufacturer nor Pump & Motors makes any representation or warranty of any kind to the Buyer that he or she is qualified to neither install nor make any repairs to the products.
