2WD Dual Seal Submersible Sewage

The Goulds 2WD comes with a cast iron, semi-open or enclosed, non-clog, dynamically balanced impeller with pump out vanes for mechanical seal protection. Optional silicone bronze impellers are available. The casing is cast iron flanged volute type for maximum efficiency, designed for easy installation on A10-20 guide rail. This pump comes with dual mechanical seals. A lower silicon carbide vs. silicon carbide sealing faces for superior abrasive resistance, and an upper carbon vs. ceramic. The shaft is corrosion resistant, 400 stainless steel with a threaded design. All models have a locknut to guard against component damage on accidental reverse rotation. The 2WD is capable of running dry without damage to components, and is designed for continuous operation when fully submerged. The 2WD is specifically designed for sewage systems, water transfer, commercial applications, dewatering, effluent, light industrial, and anywhere waste or drainage must be disposed of quickly, quietly, and efficiently.
